Community Development Foundation organized a lecture cum presentation by Officer of One Armed Brigade on 24th Feb 2016 at Dayanand Public Sen. Sec. School, Pandusar Nabha. The chief guest for the function was commander one Armed Brigadier Atul Dharmapati Commander One Armed Brigade. Maj Gen s. Tewari Executive Chairman welcomed the commander and his team and also the children from various schools of Nabha.
Maj. Arshpreet Singh of 14 Guard (One Armed Brigade) apprised children of the Organization, training pattern and logistic support in the army. He also informed the children of the various avenues by which they could join the army as officers. He also motivated the girls students to join the army as lady officers.
Commander also addressed the children and asked them to do things by themselves and not look over their shoulders for others to do the needful. He also apprised the children that they are the future of the Nation and it is they who could convert the country from developing to developed country.
The presentation was appreciated by all the children and members of the Foundation and Gen. Tewari thanked the Commander and his team for taking the trouble and apprising the students of the methodology to join army.
